M80 announces that it has entered into exclusive negotiations to sell Naturacare to Dentressangle Capital

Brussels, July 24th, 2023

• M80 is pleased to announce that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with Dentressangle Capital for the sale of its majority stake in Naturacare less than four years following its initial investment.
• Naturacare is a European Contract Development Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO), with three industrial sites offering complementary expertise: Strapharm in France, Ambipack in the Netherlands and Hedelab in Belgium. The company has been owned by M80 Partners since October 2019.
